AstroVastuNaksh may issue certificates based upon participation, attendance, completion, examination performance, assessment performance, or other criteria determined by AstroVastuNaksh.

 

Achievement certificates may require successful completion of assessments, examinations, quizzes, or evaluation mechanisms established by AstroVastuNaksh.

 

Certificates issued by AstroVastuNaksh:

  • Are private certifications.
  • Reflect satisfaction of AstroVastuNaksh’s internal criteria.
  • Do not constitute government recognition.
  • Do not constitute statutory licensing.
  • Do not constitute academic degrees.
  • Do not create employment rights.
  • Do not guarantee professional opportunities.
  • Do not guarantee earnings, clients, contracts, recognition, or commercial success.

 

Additional Certification Terms shall apply to all certification programs.

  1. AFFILIATE PRODUCTS AND THIRD-PARTY OFFERS

The website may contain recommendations, advertisements, reviews, referrals, sponsorships, affiliate links, partner links, or promotional references to third-party products and services.

 

AstroVastuNaksh may receive commissions, referral fees, advertising fees, or other compensation from certain third-party providers.

 

Users acknowledge and agree that:

12. CONSULTATION FEE REFUND GUARANTEE

AstroVastuNaksh may, at its sole discretion, offer a 100% Consultation Fee Refund Guarantee on certain eligible Vastu consultation services.

 

The Consultation Fee Refund Guarantee is not automatically applicable to every service, product, report, assessment, certification, consultation, calculator, or offering available through AstroVastuNaksh.

 

The Consultation Fee Refund Guarantee shall apply only to those services expressly designated by AstroVastuNaksh as being covered under the guarantee.

 

13. GUARANTEE PERIOD

Each eligible consultation shall be assigned an individual Guarantee Period.

 

The applicable Guarantee Period may vary depending upon:

  • Nature of consultation
  • Property type
  • Complexity of recommendations
  • Scope of implementation
  • Client objectives
  • Other relevant circumstances

The Guarantee Period may be communicated through:

  • Consultation reports
  • Emails
  • WhatsApp communications
  • Booking confirmations
  • Invoices
  • Consultation notes
  • Service agreements
  • Other documented communications

Unless expressly documented otherwise, no verbal statement shall independently establish a Guarantee Period.

 

14. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND CLAIM

A client shall become eligible to submit a refund claim only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

 

14.1 Payment Condition

The applicable Consultation Charges must have been paid in full.

 

14.2 Implementation Condition

All mandatory recommendations communicated by AstroVastuNaksh must have been implemented within the prescribed implementation timeline.

 

Partial implementation shall not qualify.

Selective implementation shall not qualify.

Delayed implementation may disqualify the claim.

 

14.3 Verification Condition

The client must provide satisfactory implementation evidence.

 

Such evidence may include:

  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Floor plans
  • Layout drawings
  • Site images
  • Documents
  • Other evidence reasonably requested by AstroVastuNaksh

 

14.4 Cooperation Condition

The client must reasonably cooperate with all verification requests.

 

14.5 Claim Filing Condition

The refund claim must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days following expiry of the applicable Guarantee Period.

 

14.6 Information Accuracy Condition

All information supplied by the client must have been substantially accurate and complete.

 

14.7 Non-Interference Condition

The client must not have materially altered, reversed, contradicted, removed, modified, or replaced the recommendations without prior approval from AstroVastuNaksh.

 

14.8 Conflicting Advice Condition

The client must not have implemented conflicting recommendations obtained from another consultant, practitioner, advisor, architect, contractor, astrologer, numerologist, vastu consultant, designer, or third party where such conflicting implementation materially affects the recommendations provided by AstroVastuNaksh.

 

15. IMPLEMENTATION DATE

For the purpose of determining compliance with implementation timelines, the implementation date shall be deemed to be the date on which satisfactory evidence of implementation is submitted by the client to AstroVastuNaksh through an approved communication channel.

 

Recommendations shall not be deemed implemented merely because the client claims implementation.

Reasonable evidence may be required.

 

16. REFUNDABLE AMOUNT

Where a refund claim is approved, the maximum refund available shall not exceed the amount recorded as Consultation Charges in AstroVastuNaksh’s billing records after application of any discounts, rebates, concessions, promotional offers, coupons, adjustments, credits, or reductions.

 

For avoidance of doubt:

 

If Consultation Charges of ₹10,000 are discounted to ₹3,000 and the client pays ₹3,000 towards Consultation Charges, the maximum refundable amount shall be ₹3,000.

 

No refund shall exceed the Consultation Charges actually paid.

 

17. NON-REFUNDABLE AMOUNTS

The Consultation Fee Refund Guarantee shall not apply to any amount other than eligible Consultation Charges.

 

The following are expressly non-refundable under the guarantee:

  • Evaluation Charges
  • Site Evaluation Charges
  • Local Transportation Charges
  • Outstation Visit Charges
  • Travel Expenses
  • Accommodation Expenses
  • Mapping Charges
  • Floor Measurement Charges
  • Electrical Mapping Charges
  • Plumbing Mapping Charges
  • Interior Mapping Charges
  • Interior Design Charges
  • Astrological Service Charges
  • Numerological Service Charges
  • Digital Product Charges
  • Premium Calculator Charges
  • Certification Charges
  • Product Charges
  • Shipping Charges
  • Administrative Charges
  • Third-Party Charges
  • Payment Gateway Charges
  • Taxes
  • Government Levies
  • Regulatory Fees
  • Any other amount not specifically identified as Consultation Charges

 

18. REFUND DECISION

AstroVastuNaksh reserves the right to review, investigate, verify, approve, reject, or seek additional information regarding any refund claim.

 

Submission of a refund request does not automatically create entitlement to a refund.

 

Refund decisions shall be based upon the facts, evidence, documentation, implementation status, consultation records, and applicable Guarantee Terms.

 

19. PAYMENTS

Payments may be accepted through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Payment Gateways
  • Digital Wallets
  • Future payment methods introduced by AstroVastuNaksh

Users authorize AstroVastuNaksh to process payments for services purchased.

 

Failure of payment authorization may result in suspension, cancellation, or denial of services.

 

20. USER SUBMISSIONS

Users may voluntarily submit:

  • Birth details
  • Property information
  • Floor plans
  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Layouts
  • Documents
  • Assessments
  • Feedback
  • Questions
  • Reviews
  • Other content

Users represent and warrant that:

  • They possess the necessary rights and permissions to submit such material.
  • Submission does not infringe third-party rights.
  • Submitted content is lawful.
  • Submitted content is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

Users remain responsible for all submitted material.

 

21. PROPERTY PLANS, PHOTOGRAPHS AND DOCUMENTS

Property Documents submitted to AstroVastuNaksh shall be used primarily for consultation, assessment, support, analysis, customer service, quality assurance, verification, training, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and related business purposes.

 

Property Documents may be retained for a limited period determined by AstroVastuNaksh and may thereafter be deleted, archived, anonymized, or otherwise processed in accordance with applicable policies.

 

Clients should avoid submitting documents they are not authorized to share.

22. AUTOMATED, AI-ASSISTED AND HUMAN-GENERATED REPORTS

AstroVastuNaksh may provide:

  • Automated reports
  • Algorithm-generated reports
  • AI-generated reports
  • AI-assisted reports
  • Human-generated reports
  • Hybrid reports

Certain reports, assessments, recommendations, forecasts, analyses, calculators, compatibility evaluations, scoring systems, and outputs may be generated wholly or partially through automated systems, artificial intelligence systems, algorithms, software processes, computational models, rule-based engines, or user-provided data.

 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no assumption should be made that a report has been individually reviewed by a human consultant.

 

Outputs are advisory and informational in nature and should not be treated as professional legal, medical, engineering, financial, tax, investment, accounting, structural, or scientific advice.

 

23. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available through AstroVastuNaksh, including but not limited to:

  • Reports
  • Calculators
  • Assessment systems
  • Questions
  • Certification materials
  • Training materials
  • Methodologies
  • Scoring systems
  • Software logic
  • Databases
  • Designs
  • Graphics
  • Branding
  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • Proprietary frameworks

shall remain the exclusive property of AstroVastuNaksh or its licensors.

 

Users shall not:

  • Republish
  • Redistribute
  • Reverse engineer
  • Scrape
  • Reproduce
  • Commercially exploit
  • Create derivative works from

any protected material without prior written permission.

24. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

AstroVastuNaksh may sell, distribute, recommend, or facilitate access to physical products.

 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are sold on an “as available” basis.

 

Due to the customized, ritualistic, spiritual, educational, fragile, made-to-order, or specialized nature of certain products, returns may not be accepted.

 

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different products may be reviewed for replacement eligibility subject to verification and applicable policies.

 

25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AstroVastuNaksh shall not be liable for:

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AstroVastuNaksh, its proprietor, employees, consultants, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, penalties, or legal fees arising from:

  • Submission of unauthorized content
  • Infringement of third-party rights
  • Violation of applicable law
  • False or misleading information supplied by the user

27. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

Users acknowledge and agree that Astrology, Vastu, Numerology, Lo Shu, spiritual advisory systems, traditional knowledge systems, educational methodologies, interpretative sciences, and related consultation services involve interpretation, judgment, experience, assumptions, subjective factors, environmental variables, human behaviour, market conditions, personal circumstances, and factors beyond the control of AstroVastuNaksh.

 

Accordingly:

  • Results may vary between individuals, properties, businesses, organizations, and situations.
  • No recommendation is guaranteed to produce identical outcomes for all users.
  • Recommendations are advisory in nature.
  • Users remain responsible for decisions, actions, implementations, expenditures, modifications, purchases, and outcomes arising from implementation.

Nothing on the website shall be interpreted as legal advice, medical advice, psychiatric advice, engineering advice, structural advice, architectural advice, tax advice, financial advice, investment advice, accounting advice, insurance advice, or any other regulated professional advice.

  • Commercial success
  • Any specific result or outcome

The existence of a Consultation Fee Refund Guarantee shall not be interpreted as a guarantee of any particular life event, business outcome, financial result, or personal achievement.

 

29. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

AstroVastuNaksh does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.

Subject to the arbitration provisions contained herein, the courts situated at Kolkata, West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to the website, services, products, consultations, reports, certifications, assessments, or these Terms.
